During my last trip in France I spotted this remarkable Muscadet from Alexis Sauvion. It didn't take long to decide this was a winner and grab what I could for the US market. I am sure you will be enchanted by the soft richness of its flavors. Kind of mellow and round, surprisingly not acidic, this wine could convince all amateurs that a great no sulfites added wine is a real possibility! Don't jump to conclusions quite yet though, this is an EXCEPTION in the NSA wines world!
Sauvion is one of these radical winemakers who spare no effort in their drive to produce outstanding results. His dedication to biodynamic principles is certainly one of the reasons behind the success of his one-of-a-kind Muscadet!

In this country (and elsewhere!) gas consumption is a major contributor to the air pollution and the climate changing gases in the atmosphere. While it is unlikely that we alter radically our energy sources before the next generation there are still some steps that we can take to curb significantly our personal consumption with many obvious benefits! One such tool is an amazing product based on biological enzymes that breaks down fuel particles so that the burning of gas happens at lower temperatures and with full efficiency. The result? Not only do the pollutants virtually disappear from the exhaust gases but, depending upon your engine's age, use and other factors you may find improvements of 15 to 30% in your gas mileage!
